Hutchinson County Museum



					In 1926, oil was discovered in Hutchinson County and
					"Ace Borger" laid out the Borger Town site which grew
					to a city of 15,000 in 90 days. The Hutchinson County
					Museum covers it all from the earliest beginnings to the
					present day.

					Oil Boom Heritage month is in March each year. Special
					exhibits, events, and school tours occur throughout the
					Borger's Birthday Celebration is the weekend of
					March 8th each year.
